We want to inform you about the repair policy which has been inquired about frequently.


1. Bag

The BROT series, which is one of the OSOI's signature bags, has been produced with exclusively developed hinges since the 18SS season.OSOI has obtained a patent on an invention for the hinge. (Patent no. 10-1982975)


■ Repair the hinge

- Old version of hinge: Free of charge when you exchange it for the new version of hinge. (It can be only applied once.)

- New version of hinge: Free of charge within six months of the date of purchase. (However, you will be charged for the shipping fee back and forth)

                                     You will be charged to replace the hinge after six months of the date of purchase.

- The hinge won't last permanently, it may depend on the method of use and frequency.


■ Repair the edge kote

- Rubbed off or cracked edge kote: Free of charge (However, you will be charged for the shipping fee back and forth)


■ Repair the RING and Chain


- You will be able to re-purchase a RING and chain when you lose it or when it's damaged.(It will proceed under the condition of confirming the purchase history.)


■ Illegible for repair 


- A slight gap in the closure: This can naturally happen as the BROT bag design features a multi-structured framework wrapped in leather. No clasp is featured on this product. 

- Stained, discolored, or cracked leather: The product will be illegible for repair if any stains, discolorations, and cracks occur while you are using the bag.Please keep the product away from direct sunlight and humid places. When cleaning the product we recommend using a leather cleaner.


2. SHOES


Every shoe from OSOI is made by order. The price to exchange the heel will depend on the style.


■ Repair the zip


- Free of charge within three months of the date of purchase.(However, you will be charged for the shipping fee back and forth)

- You will be charged to replace the zip after three months of the date of purchase.


■ Repair the heel


- Free of charge within three months of the date of purchase. (However, you will be charged for the shipping fee back and forth)

- You will be charged to replace the heel after three months of the date of purchase.


3. How to apply for the repair.

■ Every repair will take approximately three weeks including shipping.
